I'm still learning about courts and availability. Have you played at ACC and is open for public use?
According to tennismaps.com there are two different courts across town lake via Pleasant Valley Drive @ Martin Jr High and Allen Elementary.

Austin, TX 78728This is in Wells Branch. There are 2 lighted courts. Normally they are not filled, but just in case they are , then Connally High School courts are close by also.
