Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
I just like to play for fun -- get good laugh and good exercise -- I'm ok with competition -- but I never take it seriously -- I consider myself a beginner -- maybe an intermediate

-- but the highlight (if one may call it that) of my tennis playing was in 1993 in carrying my friend and fellow grad student in taking two games off of the doubles duo of Tommy Phanco (Cal's #1 in 1993) and Dave Caramel (Cal's #6 in 93). It's a funny story how two egg-head grad students ended up playing Phanco and Caramel.

Hi Tony. Long time no see. I think I play tennis like you play tennis. I would love to get together and chase the ball around. I live near Krusi Park, so that it best for me. Let me know when you want to get together. I hope you are well.

What can you do here?
At Tennisopolis, you can:
- meet other players. Here's a primer on how to find partners.
- join a Group. Members have started over 190 Local Groups (and other types of Groups too.) Search for one in your area, or start your own.
- follow the pros. There are over 500 blog posts on Tennisopolis. Have a good read, or write your own.

To get started, please upload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, or your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.

Thanks to everyone inviting their friends, we now have over 10,000 members and we're growing by 100 new members a day. Invite yours too!

If you need any help, let me know.
