Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
A tennis nut. Love to play. USTA member for over 20 years. Just moved to Las Vegas from California because I love the heat! Have played on many club and USTA teams. Would like to find either or both, a USTA mens 4.0-4.5 team to join, or also an 8.0 Mixed team to join. And / or some committed die-hard guys who like to play on a regular basis. And to all of you out-of-towners: If you're ever coming to Las Vegas, let me know and we'll go hit some balls!!
Favorite pro tennis player(s):
Roger Federer, Andre Agassi, Martina Hingis, Allen Martini
My tennis skill (please check your NTRP if you know it):
My friend Allen is looking for someone to play tennis with. He is from Florida but comes to Vegas often. Are you able to play in the Seven Hills area?
He doesn't know Vegas well enough to get around. Are you looking for a match with a good player? Thoughts?
Thanks...Eileen (Allen's friend) email@example.com
Hi Rob! It's great to have you here!
We are very much in need of someone to start a Las Vegas Tennis Players group page here. Click that link to start it. There are LOTS of Vegas / Henderson people on Tennisoplis and they'll all jump in that group once it gets created. Thanks for joining, I hope you find this place to be a fun site for meeting new people.
If you need any help, let me know. Invite your buddies.
We are all very excited to have created this "community-based" tennis website which puts the focus on the members.
To get started, pleaseupload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.
If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, Join the group in your area and introduce yourself in there. Some groups have regular meeting times and some are more one-on-one and flexible. If there’s no group in your area yet, start a group page for your town and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.
Tennisopolis is also a great place to network with people all across the country and talk about this game we love.
