Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):: I first picked up a racquet at 7 or 8 when I'd accompany my mom to her neighborhood doubles. I played through high school and club level play in college. I've played only sporadically for the last 10 years or so, but any time I play I get excellent feedback from fellow players and I always wish I made the time to play more consistently. I hit with a pro 10 or so years ago and was rated at 4.6 I believe. Thanks and Happy New Year.

It's great to have you here! We are all very excited to have created this "community-based" tennis website which puts the focus on the members. We launched Tennisopolis just a week ago, so you are a charter member. :-)

If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, create a Boston or Arlington Group and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle. We will also promote your group so that it continues to grow.
