Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
I have been playing and watching tennis since I was a little kid. I played number 1 for my highschool and when I went to Cal had many friends on the team whom I practiced with regularly. Then I did a bit of coaching in CA and Australia. Took up squash a few years back but would like to get back into tennis. I also scuba dive, abalone dive, and play table tennis and badminton.
Favorite pro tennis player(s):
Tossup between Rafa and Roger.

Hey Jonothan, don't know if you're still active on the site, but I'm looking for some advanced singles practice if you're interested in hitting. I usually play at Carmichael Park, but I can play at McKinley. Let me know.
Hi, Jonathan. Thanks for your response and offer to hit with me. Reading your personal comments, it is clear that you are much too advanced for me. Right now I am hitting a couple of times a week with another hacker like me who also responded via Tennisopolis. Good luck in finding someone competitive. Mike

NO PUBLIC EMAIL ADDRESSES
Hi, Thanks for being a member of Tennisopolis. Tech Savvy Tip: I suggest that you do not leave your email address in public areas of this or any website. The reason is that email harvester programs surf the web and collect email addresses. The best way to communicate is by leaving comments on members' pages and/or adding someone as a friend, then you can private message them. Here's a little more info about it. I hope this helps, have fun out there.
