Been playing tennis for 30 years (admittedly with a few breaks in there, mostly when I lived in rainy Seattle); love to practice and just be out there hitting the ball, but also love to play games and am looking to move into more tournament play. Also love to watch the sport. Professor, runner and beer lover on the side. Also, gay with a partner.

Favorite pro tennis player(s):

Old school! Connors and Becker and Agassi; Evert and Navratilova and Seles. I also like Nadal and Djokovic. I respect the Williams sisters, but am bored with them.

My favorite local courts:

New to Durham! Courts in my apartment complex near Duke are decent. Rock Quarry Park's courts are nice. Open to new locations!
