hi alex my name is jack soderberg i teach martial arts scientific cross training for tennis players by using eatern methods with wetern ideas . My method can improve a tennis players abilities by 110% and will not conflict with traditonal training but give it an edge in compeition .These training drills are ancient as well as modern. Iam starting to branch outward to teach my method outside of las vegas to set up clinics in Arizonia and other states as well. These drills develop timing " speed, and body dynamics.Alex because your a pro and a coach you'd appreciate this type of training as well as other coaches and players who love the game of tennis. If your interested in a clinic in this revolutionary method or just curious email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 702-251-1111 All i ask is for a open mind to try something new.In martial arts i have trained many champions as well as championship teams thru the years. I believe in trying what ever works and to always experiment and be open to new ideas in training. My training does replace the coach but only adds spice to the soup. The coach is number 1 I in his or her training method we may have different training ideas but we all want to be better at our skill .Tennis and martial ats have evolved thru the years sometimes old ideas can still be used today My creative training is like having a trojan horse and the secret is whats inside.Alex i also have a instructor that teaches thie method. Always be the champion you are and the students you teach.call 702-251-1111 or emai lme email@example.com
