Hi Adam, this maybe short notice but, would you like to hit tomorrow (Friday July 13th), say 5:30 or 6pm onward? You can chose whichever court to play on or you can come over to my place. I live in Grosvenor-Stratmore (in between Bethesda and Rockville), ...am a 4.0 and sure could get in some practice. I don't mind whichever so let me know.
