Comment by TennisFlex on November 27, 2012 at 2:52pm Stretching the muscles that extend the wrist (extensor muscles): Straighten the arm out fully and with the palm of the hand down, gently increase resistance so you feel a stretch across the top of the forearm.
As you warm up gently move your fingers to horizontal position.
