Hi Hall thanks for chiming in, the bands you are referring to are the TennisFlex product. The ServeMaster mimics the dynamics of a correct & actual tennis serving motion. The handle is connected to a polymer band which in turn is connected to the tri-ball weight (9 Oz.) at the end. Tim, well they are bands that attach to your sticks. I know you are thinking "A serve in a box?". Interesting product, I've used these exercises but just not attached to my sticks.
