
I'm very new to tennis. The last time I played was in high school eons ago but I do have good hand eye coordination. I ride my bike 10 miles a day 5 days a week and lift weights 2-3 times a week to TRY and stay somewhat fit. My body is not conditioned for sprints required in tennis but hopefully I can get there.
