Recently one of our member has been injured. I was giving that person some advice on what to do at home.
to Practice at home with no one to play with varies with space.
Things to do.:
1. Stretching: Flexibility will improve range of motion & improve Tennis Technique. Helps prevent injury.
2. Downs: Dribbling the ball down will help improve time-ing, Feel and Muscle memory.
