Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
Former Michigan racquetball player, State Champ in 02, looking to learn the sport of tennis. Although their is a racquet and a ball, it varies significantly to the sport of racquetball.
I have lived in SW Florida now for a little over two years and have two tennis courts down the street from my home. The hard part is finding someone competitive who wants to play and learn together.
My tennis skill (please check your NTRP if you know it):
Hey Thomas, I am in the process of recruiting people to join the group, hopefully someone will be at about the same level as yourself. I am mostly looking to play with advanced players (rated 4.0 or higher, if you are curious about what that means go to: www.usta.com/leagues/custom.sps?iType=931&icustompageid=1655) Good luck.
Hi. We created an Avatar Grab Bag where you can get an image for your picture. Here's how to do it:
1. Go to the Grab Bag.
2. Choose a pic, click on the thumbnail, then right click on the image and "save picture as" and save it to your computer.
3. Click Change My Photo below the gray head image to the left.
4. Click the photo graphic and choose "upload from my computer".
That should do it. If anyone has any questions, just send me a message. (Or, if you want to be truly unique, do the same thing with any photo you find on the web.)
Thomas... I organize many levels of play. One of these weekends, you just need to come out and I can get you with 7 other guys that are at your ability. I'm sure you have great hand/eye coordination, so it would just be getting out and hitting with players who are slightly better than you... you'll catch up in no time!
