    I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner - I'm out-of-town right now. I didn't realize we'd be coordinating to play so soon. I will actually be unavailable until the week after July 4th because of work and traveling. Maybe we can touch base then to find a time to play some tennis?

    Hey Richard,
    The way you described yourself (strong forward, decent backhand and serve, etc) sounds like a reasonably accurate scouting report for me.
