Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
Ive been playing for a couple years now so I can keep a rally going.
For those who are into ratings - I'm a solid 3.0 player who would really like to get to 3.5.
I'm looking to improve my game play since most of my tennis time thus far has mainly been rallying/casual tennis.
I don't mind playing with casual players. Ultimately, I'd like to find a solid rally/game partner who can play a few days a week (great way to exercise) for a couple hours.
I can play evenings and weekends.
Favorite pro tennis player(s):
Novak Djokovic - he's good and the man does hilarious impressions.
Roger Federer
Serena Williams
etc
My tennis skill (please check your NTRP if you know it):
Hi Dena. I'd be up to playing with you some time. I'm in Natomas but sometimes go to Elk Grove and the Pocket area to visit some friends. I used to play in High School, then here and there and now simply want to get back in it. I'm a bit rusty but not bad at all. Evenings are great for me along with possibly some weekends here and there as I also stay active with the gym. Let me know, Cheers!

I'm a 4.0 player that has been off the court for about 3 years and recently starting to hit again. I am a solid rally partner looking to get back into the game and looking for partners so let me know if you are up to hit sometime.
Hey Dena-
If you are looking for players in a casual, friendly setting, check us out: EG Tennis Group
We play every Sat morning at Elk Grove High School. Sunday mornings also, but less popular than Sat mornings. All skill levels, and lots of doubles opportunities playing with a good mix of skills. Mostly a lot of fun. Let me know if you will be out so we know to look for you. Which park are you near?
Hi Dena-
We will be out Sat morning at EGHS from 7:30am (you don't have to be there THAT early though). Check out http://egtennis.info for more info about our group. The parking lot is locked for the summer, so you have to park along Valley Oak Drive and walk across the lot, but we're out for exercise anyway aren't we?? ;-)
Let me know if you are coming so we know to look for you.. ask for me, and/or, you'll find that everyone out there is very friendly and welcoming to new players to our group!
Looking forward to seeing you on the courts!
Ron
hey dena I was just wondering how your tennis skills were coming along? I am back for the summer so if you ever want to hit or play a match let me know. Well talk to you soon
Hey Dena,
Sorry it took so long to get back to you but I've been on vaca with the family for spring break. I would say our tennis game is evenly matched which could make for a good rally. I am stoked if your willing to play at McKinley Park but I can also switch off locations if it's more convenient. I am self employed and can play pretty much any time. I would prefer to play weekday mornings but let me know what day's and time work best for you. Thanks! Joel
