Welcome to the fun and infectious "community-based" tennis website which connects players, fans, coaches and pros.
To get started, pleaseupload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.
If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, Join the group in your area and introduce yourself in there. Some groups have regular meeting times and some are more one-on-one and flexible. If there’s no group in your area yet, start a group page for your town and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.
Tennisopolis is also a great place to network with people all across the country and talk about this game we love.
Other places to explore: come talk tennis in the forum, add your own photos, post your own blog entries.

Thanks for the post, I would love to get on the courts one of these weekends. I live down near the green street stop. As soon as we get some good weather I'll be in touch (or vice versa).
P.S. do you know if there are any good tennis shops around here?
There aren't any public courts in Somervile, but there are some in Cambridge. I could come to Jamaica Plain and play tennis there. I can play next Saturday since you said you are free next weekend. My number is: (617)625-3326, and my e-mail is: joshtennislouis@yahoo.com. Take care and stay dry.
Thanks for the reply. I will let you know what available days I have next month in the next week or so. Don't worry about not getting back to me in a while. Like you said, you were very busy, understandable. When i am busy, I forget to communicate with people too. Anyway, In hope you enjoy the day, and I will look forward to hearing from you soon. Phone: (617)625-3326. E-mail: joshtennislouis@yahoo.com. Take care.
i got kinda busy too, in fact i haven't even found the time to re-string my rackets, but now that the weather is nice, I'm definitely itching to get onto a court. I would try to arrange a more definite time with you but I'm not sure how quickly my rackets can get strung. Ill try for sooner then later. here is to hitting soon....
Tomorrow doesn't work for me because I have to work. I will call you or e-mail you once I know my work schedule for next month. Until then, enjoy the weather, and have a great day. Phone: (617)625-3326, e-mail: joshtennislouis@yahoo.com.
Hi, I actually have my work schedule for May, and have available days for us to play. I am available May 6th, 9th, 16th, 20th, 24th, and 25th. Let me know if any of those days works for you. Take care, and I will chat with you soon.
I just got my rackets back from the shop and want to play as soon as possible. I get out of work at 4:30 everyday and would love to play sometime this week after work. Monday, Tuesdays, and Fridays work best for me. Let me know if you can play on one of these days....I look forward to it.
Tuesday sounds great, just name a time that works for you. Also, do you know where a decent court is in JP? I got balls if you got a time and place. Look forward to hitting.
Bad news, I forgot about a dinner lecture I signed up to go to eons ago -- its tonight. So, I cant make it to play this evening. I'm really dissapointed and terribly sorry about the short notice. Can we reschedule another time this week? Maybe thursday around the same time?
Let me know when you get this. Thanks, and sorry again. I really was looking forward to playing today.
Hey, sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I don't think I can make it tonight, but how about the 16th or 20th? I will also call you as well. Take care and enjoy the day.
Hi Andrew, sure I'd love to hit some balls. I'm in Brookline Village, there are some courts around I think, but I'd be willing to go to you. I'm free this evening (usually free Mon-Wed, and the weekends, gone this weekend though). Lemme know what's good for you.
Hi, the 16th is fine with me. What time is after work again for you? In relation to the T, where is Jamaica Plain, and the tenniscourts? Either call me or e-mail me and let me know. Phone: (617)625-3326. E-mail: joshtennislouis@yahoo.com. Take care and enjoy your evening.
