Do you know of some good courts to play on in Georgetown? If so, I'm interested in playing. The closer to I-35 the better for me. I can play in the afternoons after work. Time may vary depending on traffic. You can contact me through this site or email: chhernandez@hotmail.com

    Hi Melanie,

You don't have to be sorry, I completely understand the precaution we all have to take. If it makes you feel better, I can bring my fiancee. I'm just looking to play tennis and nothing else. I personally would rather play in a group, so if you ever get one going, let me know. Thanks for the update on the courts.

    Carlos :)

Great! I work near UT and drive north all the way to holland (east of salado), so anywhere on my drive would be good. If you know of some courts near I-35, let me know. I can play on weekdays, anytime after 5pm. Take care -ch

I know where Connelly is at....behind the Walmart and CarMAX, right? That's a good location for me. As for the level, I have no idea. I'm going to play Nush on Tues. and she seems pretty good, so I'll let you know what level after that. But like I told her, I'm above beginners (I can hit the ball back, yeah!). I used to be good in high school, but I haven't played anyone serious since then so I don't know how good or how bad I am. Give me a try, I might surprise you. :)

Thanks for asking...it went very well, considering that I got beat by a woman 6 to 0. (since I'm a guy, I will have to blame it on the racket...jajaja) Well, I guess I'm not as good as I thought, but my serves were ok and it was a good workout plus a learning experience. I definitely would like to get together and practice more, if you like. What day next week can you play? After 5pm. My schedule is somewhat tight, but maybe I can fit in one day (I'm pumped up from last night and ready to continue! ) - ch

Playing a league sounds fun...when you have some time send me more info on it: how to join, cost, schedule, etc. In the meantime, I will be working on my game. Good luck on your next game!

After a busy week at work, I finally had time to research the league and it sounds good. How long have you played in a league and about how many matches do you usually play in one season? If you loose against your first opponent, is that it for the season or do you get second chances? When you have your next competition, let me know, maybe I can come by and see how the tournament works. Thanks.

Congrats!! You must be pretty good. I still think I need more practice before joining. I'm curious to see how I compare to your skills...how about a game? I can help you practice for your next match. If you feel comfortable and have some time next week, let me know (no pressure).
