    If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, Join the group in your area and introduce yourself in there. Some groups have regular meeting times and some are more one-on-one and flexible. If there’s no group in your area yet, start a group page for your town and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.

    Tennisopolis is also a great place to network with people all across the country and talk about this game we love.

    That might be fun. I'm not very good, either. :) I played on my H.S. team for a couple of years, but in the past few years I rarely hit the ball. Whereabouts in Tampa would you want to play? I'm a USF staff member, so I use the courts there. Not that anyone checks.

    I live in Orlando, but I travel to Tampa (actually, Tarpon Springs area) often to visit family. I'll be in Tampa on Sunday (8/31) and Monday (9/1) if you are looking for someone to play with. I'm just starting to play after not picking up a racket in years, but I can get a decent volley going. Let me know.
