Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
Used to be decent (around 3.5 - 4), looking to get back into the game again after a hiatus. Big into sports and fitness, run marathons and triathlons. Love to stay on the baseline and chase down shots. The more topspin the better!
i use:
Raq1: Babolat Aeropro Drive MP x4 w/ Superstring Pure Control v8 x Pure Touch @ 61#
Raq2: Babolat Pure Drive Team + w/ Kirschbaum Super Smash x Sensations@ 58#
Raq3: Wilson k6.1 95 x2 w/ Kirschbaum Super Smash x Sensations@ 59#
Raq4: Head FXP Radical x2 w/ Babolat xCell @ 54#
Favorite pro tennis player(s):
Agassi - Best baseliner, period
Nadal - Too fast, great topspin
Chang - Got to love the underdog
Roddick - USA's Only hope... funny guy
My tennis skill (please check your NTRP if you know it):
Hi Tim, lets shoot for next Wed or Thurs since you are not available on weekends. I've played several times @ UM on Sundays with no problems yet, besides you work/study at the campus but that is besides the point. Please direct your reply to my email for quicker responses. kenny33144@yahoo.com
Hi Tim! It's great to have you here! Nice strokes man! Load more vids in the video section too.
I see you already joined a Group – fantastic - introduce yourself in there to meet people for matches.
Please Invite your buddies. We’re trying to reach 20,000 members by Wimbledon. :-)
If you need any help, let me know.

We are all very excited to have created this "community-based" tennis website which puts the focus on the members.
To get started, pleaseupload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.
If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, Join the group in your area and introduce yourself in there. Some groups have regular meeting times and some are more one-on-one and flexible. If there’s no group in your area yet, start a group page for your town and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.
Tennisopolis is also a great place to network with people all across the country and talk about this game we love.
Other places to explore: come talk tennis in the forum, add your own photos, post your own blog entries.
Hi Tim,
Noticed you were in the neighborhood and am looking for a friend to play in Miami Beach. I am a beginner- so I understand if you're not interested. I live in North Beach & am dying to play at the rec center. ps The photo is ridiculous, I know....
That's great! Let's talk after the weekend. And no, I don't have a racket yet, so thanks for the offer. I am available during the weeknights, so when we catch up we can pick a night to meet up:)
Have a great night!

It would be nice if all players posted videos of them playing. It would make sure you were evenly matched with someone before you played them. Well done videos here.
Tim,
What can we see in response to your comment to us..., when you deal with us, we consider you family.....not exactly...don't ask for an allowance or anything....or college tuition.......actually why did Olive Garden come up with that slogan? They've never treated me like family.... welcome to the Racquet World/ Tennis Plaza family.
I assume that the crocodile/alligator in your photo is not a pet but a random road side guest. I have seen a number of these guys off the interstate before but never had the balls to walk out and take a picture...
They do not currently have rental ball machines available at the Miami store BUT are hoping to get some within a year's time because of customer's requests.
Hope you're enjoying the new strings. Talked with Leon about carrying a tennis ball machine to rent and he said it's to much maitenance. People rent it, tear it up, and act like it was that way when they rented it. They had tried this 10 years ago and it didn't work out so well. On Ebay you can get a Tennis Twist machine for around $100. Seems better than nothing.
I'm moving down to Aventura and would like to play. I'm a fun loving lobbyist; I work from home and HQ is in DC... I can play just about anytime and love the game, so let me know... as I'll be in town 10/28 to 10/31. Thyme 856 562 0668
