Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
Born in Manhattan but raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. I began playing tennis at the age of 12 years. I am the oldest of three boys and began attending the Seth Kory Tennis Academy in Scottsdale at the age of 14. There I began honing my skills against other top 20 players in the Southwest section and across the United States. Was ranked top 20 in both 14 teen and 16 teen section as a junior in the Southwest. After finishing my junior career I was given a full ride to California Lutheran in Thousand Oak, but turned it down and decided to play at ASU.

I consider myself to be a passionate teacher and use my experience to better my student and educate them about that game. I’ve been teaching for the last 6th year teaching both adults to young junior. I take great pride and joy seeing my students grow into great tennis players and hope to continue doing so for the years to come. On my time off I enjoys watching movie, writing and some day wants to film a motion picture to one of my own scripts. One of my favorite quotes that I lives by is “Being a good actor isn’t easy, Being a man is even harder, I want to be both before I am done” –James Dean
Favorite pro tennis player(s):
Pete Sampras the best of all time, Johnny Mac as well
My tennis skill (please check your NTRP if you know it):
NTRP 5.5, Pretty damn good.
On the court, I am a:
chip-n-charger, singles player, one-hander
Relationship status:
Single

    Welcome to the fun and infectious "community-based" tennis website which connects players, fans, coaches and pros.

    To get started, please upload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.

    If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, Join the group in your area and introduce yourself in there. Some groups have regular meeting times and some are more one-on-one and flexible. If there’s no group in your area yet, start a group page for your town and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.

    Tennisopolis is also a great place to network with people all across the country and talk about this game we love.

    Other places to explore: come talk tennis in the forum, add your own photos, post your own blog entries.

    …and just hang out and meet great people.

    Welcome aboard,
    Mark
