I recently moved out of Tampa but I'm looking to move back within the next few weeks, and I will be visiting Tampa periodically until I do move back. I will probably be in town on the 9th through the 11th. I would also consider myself to be roughly 3.5.

Oh, that would be fun, to play doubles. I'm leaving on September 3rd, but anytime before that would be great!

I saw your post on someone's page.... check out the Tampa Group page. You can post there to find partners and also check out the Court Time tab for upcoming events. In Brandon I usually play at JC Handley but I prefer the public HarTru courts on Davis Island by the hospital. It is $5/hour/player -- nice facility. We play round robin doubles every Friday at Harbour Island Athletic Club- you don't have to be a member and its only $10. See the Court Time event listing for more details!

Hi! Welcome to the "community-based" tennis social network which connects tennis players, fans, coaches, and you.

    What can you do here?
    At Tennisopolis, you can:
    - meet other players. Here's a primer on how to find partners.
    - join a Group. Members have started over 190 Local Groups (and other types of Groups too.) Search for one in your area, or start your own.
    - follow the pros. There are over 500 blog posts on Tennisopolis. Have a good read, or write your own.
    - improve your game. Get tips in the Forum and check out video lessons.
    - post your own Videos or embed your favorites from youtube.
    - add your own Photos.
    - and just hang out and connect with great people.

To get started, please upload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, or your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.

Thanks to everyone inviting their friends, we now have over 10,000 members and we're growing by 100 new members a day. Invite yours too!

If you need any help, let me know.

Sorry I didn't get back to you, it's been a busy weekend! I can play on Saturday afternoon or anytime Sunday.

There are some ok courts on Kingsway (by the Y), and also at Saladino park, on Kingsway, across from Yates Elementary.

Any time on Sunday works for me, the morning is probably the best.

Today is not great for me, but I will be available on Monday afternoon if that works for you.

Bloomingdale and Kings at 1:30 sounds great. I'll see you then.
  • Brian21

Are the tennis courts at Bloomingdale and Kings inside Paul Sanders Park?
