Hey Justin - I just joined, and am not sure how this all works. I live in St. Pete, and am looking to hit with people. Don't have an official ranking, but have been told I'm around a 3.5. Lets me know if youor anyone else you know can hit in the evening (after 6.00 pm) during the week. Thanks

Just watched all the videos! Now I know about grips.. and why my serve is horrible now.. I pretty much forgot a lot of the stuff from when I used to play! Now I can't wait to get out there again and see if I remember anything from the videos hahaha.

I was serving with the eastern forehand... but it was bad anyway since I haven't been doing the full proper serve motion anyhow.. the rocking and the bending :P

So now I'll use a continental for serving, vollying and slicing. That is, if I can switch to that grip consistently enough hahaha. I'm so used to using eastern forehand for everthing, except my backhand of course..

Turns out I was using a 1 bevel, 8 bevel grip for my backhand..

I never knew that the bevel has to be the same for both parts of your hand.

You're going down now ahahahhaha. Not even going to bother watching all the kick serve videos yet.. seems dangerous to try right now LOL.
