I prefer playing in and around the city. I don't think Skokie would work out for me.

Just saw your post.  I play both singles and doubles, although I prefer singles. Can you hit at Waveland Park or surrounding areas?  Please let me know, especially if you need a player for doubles.  Singles is ok as well! - AJ
