Arlington???
I just moved to Arlington, and I have courts across the street from me (Lee Hwy). I'm a 4.0 - 4.5 player when I'm not rusty, but I'm pretty rusty right now since I just came from the Midwest where it's been winter for the last 3 years.
I'm free most weekends and oftentimes on evenings as well. I can travel a little bit, but I don't have a car. If anybody is interested let me know!
