Does anyone know if there are any hitting walls near any of the courts in St. Pete? I'd like to be able to practice my strokes when I can't find a partner. Preferably walls that are lighted would be great, since it gets dark early, but that's just me being picky.

Permalink Reply by Christina Chin on December 2, 2011 at 9:58am I ended up hitting at Woodlawn. It is lighted well. How do you go about joining a tennis league?
Permalink Reply by Justin on December 2, 2011 at 12:33pm Hi Christina,
Welcome, I have always had a good league experience with ultimatetennis.com, just go check out the site, you can join for free, only pay if you register to play. It is another great way to find additional playing/hitting partners, especially of similar skill level. Also, I'm someone that doesn't mind being contacted about short notice tennis. Need help or have questions feel free to contact me.

Check out www.stpetetennis.com for a full list of public tennis courts in Pinellas County
