Thank you for the information and I would love to part take in many of your activities. My only problem is that I work weekends so I don't know if any of it would fit into my schedule. Please keep me informed and if I can I'll come to Abiquiu. Thanks again, Julie

My wife, Gabriela and I, have http://HighDesertTennis.com in Abiquiu. We have a very special deal til Arp 1st 2009: FREE Weekend Getaway Camp whereby you would simply pay a reasonable amt for lodging ($150)!

I suggest giving John Damgard a call. He is a USTA Pro & teaches in Santa Fe and would work with you on a public court to get you started!

Hi, I realize this is an old post but I am also looking for tennis lessons myself. Can anybody recommend someone that is currently teaching in sf?

John Damgard is still teaching, also I would try Sebastian at Sangre de Cristo Racquet Club. He teaches and is  good instructor and will spend time with you. I don't think you will need to be a member!
