How'd everyone else fair and does anyone know how traffic is down in Rockville town center?  Imagine the lights are still out but have to organize teams to play down that way today.

That storm was rough!  No house damage but lots and lots of huge limbs down in yard.  Spent nine hours chainsawing yesterday and totally exhausted.  This might be the one time I'm happy my knees won't let me play tennis today!  Not sure I'd be able to.  :)

William, I make sure my players announce the score loud and clear before every serve.  I did that after some score disputes but I haven't had any problems since.  Loud and clear....of course, it's hard when Eminem is blaring from the soccer stadium.  :)

Hi Leo, I think Doug was running the tennis ladder and I'm not sure what ever became of that.  

However, If you're interested in team tennis, I just might need a 3.5/4.0 player this Sunday.  I'll send my email so we can talk a little more.

Hi William, I haven't had any problems really with confusion during play but, once in a while, we'll have a problem with miscalls.  Had a problem with one whole team last summer and one guy over the winter.  Some people just want to win at any expense.  But 99% of the people in WTT are genuinely nice and honest people.  

We got slaughtered by the group you're playing.  Their guys are 3.5's, no doubt and they just manhandled our men.  Yesterday, we're fairing better.  Only down by 3 games part way into the mixed doubles before the rains came.  

We'll talk more about the miscalls.  There's not much we can do but there are steps we can take to put them "on notice".

Hi Santana!  Glad to see you're back in the mix.  Ya know, I play a lady that lives within a couple minutes of you. If you want, I can send her your info...I know she's looking for more ladies to play with.

Hi William, well, we're trying to create a group.  Keep posting here and hopefully we'll get some more action going.  If I lived closer to Olney, I'd definitely join you, sounds like fun. But I'm all the way on the other side of the county.
