I have knee pain. What can I do about it?

Congrats to the Laney 7.0C mixed team who went all the way to Sectionals! They played great all season! I was a little bummed that Connie didn't play me in the Sectionals, maybe we could have gotten to Nationals. I made myself readily available by not playing in any tournaments that weekend too. Oh well. :( I guess I won't be playing mixed Doubles next year. On a lighter note, I went 7-1 for my Club Sport Men 4.0 league team and helped them get into the playoffs with a second place seeding. So the Club Sport and well as my Laney 4.0 men league teams both made it to the playoffs. You all probably already know that you can't play for 2 teams in the playoffs, so a choice had to be made. I made the decision to play for Laney in the playoffs. Make be proud Laney! LET"S GO OAKLAND!!

Woo hoo! Laney MX7.0C are in the playoffs! Men's 4.0 is 3-1. Sorry guys , that 1 loss was all my fault. I played 2 matches in a tournament in Roland Hills, the semi's and the finals and had to rush to the O to play the league match. I played a looong 3 setter with a TB is the second set to push it to the third (semi finals). Then I had a tough finals match. And then had to jam to Oakland Hills to play the league match. Then I started to cramp in the second set tie breaker to push it to a third AGAIN! I was just trying to finsish the third set rather than win because my whole friggen body was cramping. Too much damn tennis that day. Sorry guys, so that loss was my bad. Let me at him again, and I PROMISE to lay down a beating on him!
