Ok William! I can see your point, nut just remember that you could never hit a ball without the basics. And yes I do remember when you beat me!!!!!! You have gotten better and most likely better than me, But always remember " I Still Own You!!!" ha ha ha. Yes I did too learn alot from Mr. Blake. If you remember you had all the basics down well before you learned the Advanced Techniques which let you learn faster. Don't you think.

Nice Reply AKAJohn but if you have the time read the latest blog, post your comment there then I can answer it. Because like the blog I will get long winded or you may find the answers to your reply in the blog its self.

I have a problem with this statement.

Look at the Manga  AJ and replace Fighting with Tournaments or Tennis Matches.

Ok I like the point behind this Manga comic you posted. But I have to disagree. Teaching some Advanced Techniques may cause bad habits later on in Basics techniques, which will slowdown the learning process. Don't you think?
