I found this Video online.... the Guy in the video doesn't know how to explain why this is helpful well enough. Although its in a quick text screen shot.

The idea is getting the brain to be ambidextrous.

This is really good for movement because being able to move balanced, & shorter distance to the ball can help your hit better shots, help you recover quicker, & track or/ improve dept perception. although he makes a case for your ability of playing with both hands can improve your play. & he takes allot of criticism from you tubers about it. I agree with him.  of the practice. Next time you are on the court with me ask to see my lefty backhand & righty backhand & let me know if you can see the difference in them.

I am going to practice this tomorrow morning. That looks like a good drill.

You can totally tell he is right hand dominant.  I have no volume here, but will come back and have a listen later.

This. Will help with preparation & timing. And movement
