The Twist/Kick Serve
The Swing its Self = the Motion its self. is closer to a jumping jack than a throwing motion of a football.

More about the Twist/kick Serve Tip.
the Tip for you is not to swing towards the net, but to swing more twords the right( if you are right handed ) make a "L" shape above your head pointing to the left and turn the wrist out towards the Right then it comes down like a jumping jack.
But the hand will make a rainbow shape turn not a turn from left to right( not pronation ).
The follow through will be a Normal "L" shape where the horizontal small line will be pointing to the left.
Ball Toss will vary With Height of the player and talent.

Some players toss the ball too much into the court and when they make contact they are making contact with the face of the racquet pointing down so the ball never clears the net. This too much out in Front ball toss can be also the over shot as well since the ball is soooooooo out in front, you cannot apply enough spin to keep it in. Balance toss is the first step. notice in the video I dont go Chasing the ball into the court. Let me know what you think.

then left hand to Right hand with racquet in hand and hit. you should not move or lose balance when you hit.
for better serve swing faster..... for consistency...... rinse and repeat. ( aka. practice swinging faster )
