I usually play in Brooklyn, " McKinley Park  " most of the Courts are Free, Except Prospect Park Tennis Center.

Mckinely don't require permit?? or they do, but the park staff just never check? i dont have a permit yet, so i just want to make sure.

No, It does not require Permit, No Park Staff There, I havenever seen them.
