Chip in to rent a house at a sub division with a tennis court

Do you think we can run the clinics at a shared tennis court in a subdivision or should we look for a house with its own court?

we can definitely run clinics out of the Subdivision as long as we have a place in the sub division.... we can even Rent an apartment for like a month like a 3 Bedroom for $800 in a Sub division with 11 Tennis Courts and a GYM & Run Clinics. So For Food and Everything else IT all depends..... So if we get about 5 People who want to PLay, Train and Go to the Championships we need  about 500 for each.... to cover electricity, Cable & big Screen TV

There are so many tennis Courts that we just may be able to Bogart open tennis courts... or we can Rent a Model House thats already Furnished for like a month...the people staying will have to chip in on food and thats about it.

I have Found a Place in Buck Head Atlanta GA........Its a $100 a Day....but we get Thearter Room, Pool GYM Tennis Court Lounge And a Whole apartment on Top... Right next to The Atlanta Championships.....
