I think time off is a good thing...you get a chance to reflect on how your game is developing..perhaps even reinvent yourself a bit...try another sport..get other muscles groups working..yoga, ballet, heck even rugby..they all help make you a stronger person..physically and mentally...when you get to be one of the best out there, what seems to separate the champion from the challenger is all wrapped up in that 8lb block on top of your shoulders..those that can master that court truly are…
