Has anybody used the Babalot's 6 month outsole warranty replacement program before? Or any shoe warranty before? I've had these since December 28th. Babalot has a 6 month outsole limited durability warranty and I need to get these replaced. However the warranty clearly states: "To qualify for this limited durability warranty, the outsole must be completely warn through, to the extent that the insole is exposed through the bottom of the shoe, or the toe guard must be worn through exposing a hole in the inside of the shoe within 6 months of purchase".
Now as you can see in the photo, it's pretty bad. But the hole is not exposed in the inside of the shoe. What do you guys think? I don't want to send these in now just so Babalot can decline the replacement pair because the hole doesn't show through the inside of the shoe. On the other hand, how the heck am I supposed to play with these until the hole goes all the way through the shoe?

I would agree with learning to hit jumping up and into the ball or up and out, saving your shoes. But then again, I haven't asked if you pinpoint or platform.
I used to drag my right toe alot and destroyed alot of right shoes before the lefts were worn. But now jump off completely from my left hip into the court and cartwheel, rather than drag and swivel.
From reading what other people had to go through with Babolat, you're not going to get a replacement with that toe drag damage. Some people had to try to call or request the man in charge of the replacement program to get any luck. Other people were saying they didn't hear or receive anything for a few weeks. Someone said the man in charge will get things done though.
After reading about Babolat, I returned a pair of Propulse 3 for Barricades. I have always had my Adidas Barricade Vs replaced. They sent me two pairs on accident.
I've had two Nikes not replaced, the Breathe Cage and the Court Ballistec 1.3. I've had the Ballistec 3.3 replaced at the Nike Town in Beverly Hills, but only when I located a sympathetic floor manager. The two jerks at the cash register told me to deal directly with Nike, and I proceeded upstairs, ignoring them. A fourth worker tried to tell me the same thing, while the manager was setting the exchange up in the back.
You should buy two pairs and rotate them out, than rely on one pair that is replaced. It may take 1-3 weeks and in the meantime, you are shoeless for the tournaments.
Hey guys, so I thought I'd give you an update. On 5/18 I sent my worn Babolat 2's via UPS to the warranty department. On 5/23 I received notification the the Babolat warranty dept. received my worn shoes. Well, exactly 1 week later...(TODAY) I received by brand new replacement pair! But, not only did I receive the replacement pair SUPER FAST...they sent me the new BABOLAT Propulse 3's!!!
AND A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO MARK THE MAYOR:
I sent a little kiss up letter telling them how much I love their shoes and how I tell all my friends to get them just like you recommended!
I THINK THE KISS UP LETTER HELPED! HEHE

Those Prince shoes look sweet. How do you think they will fit on a wide flat foot like mine? Every Prince shoe I've tried on so far fits too narrow for my foot.
