Good job!

Wow, there is a huge gap after 1 and 2!

Those two are going to be hard to catch - but more likely, they'll get moved up to 4.5 before long.

1 Lizarazu, Haritz Berkeley CA 4133
2 Trilling, Romain Cupertino CA 3016
3 Glasser, Eric Fairfield CA 1753
4 Nugent, Steve Sean San Leandro CA 1504
5 Mead, Warren San Francisco CA 1380
6 Dong, Michael San Ramon CA 1379
7 Barzaga, David A. Carmichael CA 1252

Ya, I know...  :/    I beat Haritz Lizarazu pretty easily 6-1, 6-4 in the Lafayette tournament.    And lost to Romain Trilling in a tie breaker in the finals 7-5, 3-6, 10-7.  http://tennislink.usta.com/tournaments/Draws/EventDraw.aspx?T=96265...   I have my eye on that #3 spot  :)

Hey M, I'm closing that gap man!  For those who have read my profile, my goal was to to top 6 this year!  Now I'm shooting for that #1 spot BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's not a big gap. Winning a tournament is worth 1000pts. Or 1500 if its a grand slam. He is only 1, maybe 2 tournaments away!
:)  I'm gonna try my hardest to get that numero uno spot!

The gap isn't so huge any more now!  I have my eye on the #1 spot now!  :)

Congrats Mike.  That is awesome.  Way to freakin go.  Keep it up.  #1 isn't that far ahead of you.
Dude, way to go.  Looks like you have your work cut out for top 2, but it is a long year, and there is still plenty of time.  The three in front of you should be easily conquered before too long.  Good luck and keep at it.
Congrat!!!!!!!!!  Keep up the good work.
Good job! Represent Tennisopolis, home slice.

Thanks guys!  I'm trying my best!  So I had a tournament this past weekend, and I won both of my first 2 matches.  I'm in the quarter finals next Saturday.  Unfortunately, I'm going to have to forfeit.  I have a job opportunity that requires me to be somewhere at 8:30 in the morning next Saturday.   It sucks because I'm supposed to be playing the #1 seed who I've beat in league and tournaments before.  So I'm confident that I would get into the semis.  Oh well, priorities right!

Dang, that sucks you have to withdraw.  How does that affect your pursuit?  How many points do you gain from the two earlier victories?  The good thing though, is there will be another tournament around the corner.
