2.5 player looking for some tennis partners in Vancouver :)

Hi!

Now that the weather is so beautiful out, I'd really like to play more tennis. If any of you're around my level, or don't mind playing with a 2.5 player, I'd love to play with you. I live near UBC, but I don't mind going to different courts in the Vancouver area.

Cheers!

Kazzie

mark is right. don't post your email address. they can always get a hold of you here. lot safer.
Thanks for backing me up on that one Jun. I can't believe how many people post emails. Thanks for helping. You can continue to point people to this page - http://www.tennisopolis.com/news/why-not-to-post-your-email-on - if you see more email addresses around.

thx,
M

Hi Kazzie,

I wanted to alert you to Akiva Lacterman in Vancouver Canada, a very fine tennis coach (also a great player). His email is akivalac@hotmail.com if you want to take a lesson in Modern Tennis Methodology, the natural way to learn to play your best tennis. There is no such thing as a 2.5 player once you take a lesson from a good MTM coach. Tell him you want to try out Oscar Wegner's MTM and with just a few lessons, you will see how quickly you can get to 3.5. Just a thought as I think no one should be 2.5 after two hours of good tennis lessons. That only applies to anyone who has never taken a good MTM lesson. I just took four ladies who were 2.5 for three of them and 3.0 for the fourth after eight months of conventional lessons. In one lesson they improved so much they could not believe it and now they are beating people who used to cream them after the second lesson. Best wishes!
Hey John,

Thanks so much for the detailed message, I look forward to taking lessons with Akiva.

Cheers,

Kazzie

Hi Kazzie

I am new to vancouver. I live around knight st. and 33th. is it close to you to come to play some tennis? well I am professional at job but not at tennis. I prefer to play just for practice and some fun. I don,t have a phone contact at the moment(pretty new to city) but I can call you via internet if you send me a phone contact. we can arrange to meet and make scheduale for it too.
