I actually got mine a few days ago, and the cost is $100. Not too bad, far better than paying for the hourly rates imo.

The permit is 110 i think now. But, if that's too much for you, you might be better off simply walking into a tennis court and telling the ID checker you forgot your permit. In fact, majority of the time, especially later in the day, there isn't even anyone to check your permit. Like at Cunningham.
